This page identifies the countries and regions where SchemaLabs offers the Service and where access is restricted. The Service is provided subject to U.S. export control laws, U.S. economic sanctions, and applicable local law.

Capitalised terms used on this page (including "Service" and "Customer") have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

1. Where we offer the Service

The Service is generally available to customers in:

  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
  • European Union: all 27 member states
  • European Economic Area: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan
  • Other: jurisdictions not listed in the Restricted Regions section below

Availability in any specific country may depend on:

  • Your compliance with our Use Policy
  • Applicable export control and sanctions laws
  • The deployment context (high-risk AI use cases require additional review)
  • Customer's status under any restricted-party list (see below)

2. Where we do not offer the Service

We do not provide the Service, and you may not access or use the Service, in or from the following countries and regions, in compliance with U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC):

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea (the Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
  • Syria
  • The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine

Access to the Service from these regions is technically restricted and contractually prohibited. SchemaLabs reserves the right to terminate any account that originates from, or is operated by individuals or entities in, these regions.

Russia

The Service is generally not available for use in the Russian Federation, given U.S. export restrictions on advanced computing and AI technology to Russia. We may permit limited use for specific non-restricted purposes, on a case-by-case basis and only with appropriate documentation. Contact [email protected].

Other restricted jurisdictions

Additional jurisdictions may be restricted from time to time based on:

  • Changes to U.S. economic sanctions (administered by OFAC)
  • Changes to U.S. export controls (administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security)
  • Changes to applicable European Union, United Kingdom, or other allied sanctions regimes
  • Specific concerns about high-risk AI deployment or end-use

We will update this page when new restrictions take effect.

3. Restricted parties

Regardless of country, the Service is not available to:

  • Any individual or entity on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List
  • Any individual or entity on the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Entity List
  • Any individual or entity on the BIS Denied Persons List
  • Any individual or entity on the European Union or United Kingdom consolidated sanctions lists
  • Any individual or entity on any other applicable U.S., U.K., EU, or allied restricted-party list
  • Any individual or entity acting on behalf of any of the above

You represent and warrant that you are not on any such list and are not acting on behalf of any such party.

4. End-use restrictions

Regardless of country, the Service may not be used for:

  • Weapons development, targeting, or guidance systems
  • Nuclear, chemical, biological, or radiological weapons applications
  • Missile technology or other restricted end-uses under U.S. or international export control law
  • Any application that would cause SchemaLabs to violate applicable law

Acceptable uses are further specified in our Use Policy.

5. EU data residency

For customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Service is provided from US-based GCP and AWS infrastructure with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses; see Privacy Policy §8 and DPA Annex III). Dedicated EU-resident deployments may be available on request as a paid option for enterprise customers; contact [email protected] for current availability and timeline.

6. How this list changes

We update this page from time to time based on changes in sanctions regimes, export controls, and our own operational capacity. The current version of the list and its effective date are always posted here, and you are responsible for checking the website periodically. We may, but are not required to, send additional email notice to affected customers of material changes. Some changes (for example, new sanctions designations) take effect immediately to comply with applicable law.
